It's actually a very simple process. The student needs to score 75% or more in qualifying exam like 12th or equivalent. Then appear in JEE Mains exam and be in top (approx) 3L students who are eligible to take JEE Advanced exam. Take this exam and be in top 500- 1000 to get this branch in IIT Mumbai.
