Clinical Psychology

The Computer based National Entrance test TISSNET will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2019, from 2pm to 3.40 pm in 39 centers located in different parts of the country. Multiple Choice Questions in 3 broad domains is shown below, with suggested syllabus/ coverage and themes. The list below is only indicative and not restrictive. M.A. In Psychology in clinical and counseling Entrance Test syllabus :
1. English proficiency :- To assess English language comprehension and usage (30 % weightage). This covers the followings as Word Choice/ sentence correction, Odd-one-out & Analogies, Synonyms & Antonyms, Grammar, Verbal reasoning and Reading comprehension.
2. Mathematics and Logical reasoning unto standard X level (30 % weightage) :-To assess quantitative skills and logical reasoning. This covers the followings as Basic Arithmetic, Basic Geometry, Basic Trigonometry, Basic Statistics, Number Series, Data interpretation and Logical reasoning.
3. General Awareness :- To assess awareness about current affairs and understanding of social issues (40 % weightage). This covers the followings as Politics, Social Studies, Science & Technology, Environment, Sports, Art & Culture and Indian History.
