IGNOU's degree is at par with any degree of any good university in India. So, you surely can apply for MA in any regular university. But there is a catch. Aah, you have brought in a very interesting subject, sychology and psychiatry. Former is arts or Science sub whereas latter is in medical realm. There is of course a relationship but it's etheral. Psychologists analyse psyche of a person and recommend some behavioral changes. On the other hand psychiatrists treat one's brain by giving meds.
