College Comparison

Look, if you belong to a higher middle class family, then undoubtedly choose Heritage. You should know. Except IIT and NIT of Bihar, no other colleges are good. IIT Patna, NIT Patna, Bhagalpur Engineering College, Muzaffarpur institute of technology and Darbhanga Engineering Eollege.
One point to be consider: the fee structure.
Colleges that come under BCECE have a very low fee (only 18,875 for four years) means "B.Tech degree for free". I put Bhagalpur before BIT because of fees and infrastructure. The placements of Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur and darbhanga colleges are not good. Majority of students prepare for GATE, CAT and UPSC. Almost 40% students qualify for government jobs every year. (In case of core Branches)
The only thing that I found good in these BCECE colleges is that, you have nothing to lose (lakhs of). If you really have capacity and talent then "water finds its own way" and placements don't matter anymore.

RDEC is a poor college in terms of faculty and the college life as there is more than disciplined environment and most of the time, it is just useless, you can't enhance your yourself as they push yourself to do what they want from you and reduces your inner ability and believe and they have an average placement record and most of the time they tell you lie, they don't have any sports facility but on a fest day you have a chance to participate in sports day, canteen is below than average as it gets too hot because tin is placed as a terris roof on the canteen, infrastructure is also not good as they only have 5 small buildings including hostel (both boys and girls)with two college codes running on same campus, library has lack of standard book and students are not allowed to read them because they only allow students to read some specific on the card basis (each student has 2 cards for the 10 days of reissuing period) so choice is yours. They only have average placement record other than that everything is below than average.
