G.L Bajaj- G.L Bajaj is well known and one of the best college in Greater Noida. I would like to recommend you to join this college because it provides best placement in Computer science and engineering (CSE). It provides best faculty from IITs and NITs for branches like Civil and Mechanical. It has good campus and Infrastructure. It is best for CSE Department while other branches like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical doesn't have good campus placement but they provide quality education.
NIET-NIET is also good but comparing with GL BAJAJ it stand still on the lower part. It too have good campus, but they doesn't provide placement for any branches. Comparing Fees structure->GL Bajaj is more expensive then so you can decide.

I have few points, on that basis you can decide which college is better for CSE -
Computer labs-
CS labs are not in good working condition in all government Colleges. Yet, JSS should have good computer labs. Teaching staff-
Faculty plays an important role in our life, but this is the bad luck that teaching staff is not so much interested in teaching, you have to dependent on self-studies and guest staff. Instead, JSS would have much better teaching staff compared to government Colleges. Placement-
In KNIT, TCS visit regularly, and sometimes other companies also come. This year Snapdeal had come and some other companies would also come time to time, also pool campus placement took place here.
