For B.A. Political Science Gargi is the best option.

IHM Mumbai is obviously the best choice. IHM Mumbai comes at second place only behind IHM Pusa.

We cannot compare those institutes because as we know the syllabus for ECE will be same. It depends upon which institute you can get also what quality of faculty is available there. Also, the thing that counts is your hard work and dedication towards that particular subject. If it there then doesn't matter what institute you are studying in.

All three are good and placements are almost the same for all three.

No, they are not the same.

If you study from a well-known and well established autonomous college, you will be as qualified as someone passed from a non-autonomous college. So, whichever college you choose make sure that you are in a well reputed and well faculty equipped college. There are lots of pretty good autonomous colleges in the country nowadays.

From my point of view, you should go for VIT as it is one of the best and reputed college and the placements are pretty good.

REVA University is the best for mechanical engineering.
