If you get at any of these 5 IITs then that should be your 1st preference:
BOMBAY
DELHI
MADRAS
KANPUR
KHARAGPUR
If you dont get in the above then join NIT TRICHY.
Let kme tell you that NIT TRICHY is better than all the new IITs.
So, I would recommend you to think on similar lines and decide as to what combination might work out the best for you. One thing I would strongly advise is not to make decisions based on emotions or attachments related to an institute, parents (with reference to staying near them) or friends. I know a few people who chose IIT just for the sake of being in IIT with no regards to the br

Wow that's a nice score, you have really a wide range of options to chose various colleges under IPU
I will suggest to go for maharaja surajmal as first option then for Maharaja Agresen

1. Interest- This is the major factor. You have to follow your interest, whether CS or EEE or any other stream. Have a look on the blueprint of the course if you have confusion on what you are going to study in these streams.
2. Institute- IIIT- Sricity is an emerging institute whereas NIT-Andhra Pradesh (Warangal) is known for its quality of education and placement opportunities from many years.
Obviously there is no comparison between two institutes. If you have interest in EEE, just go for NIT-Andhra Pradesh or if you have passion towards CS, you can try IIIT-Sricity.

And as far as colleges are compared, JUIT, Solan is better in terms of placement, academics and location.
