The food is edible like any other institute you won't find the food to be like your home, but it is also not that bad. The mess is managed by the students only. Veg and Non Veg both options are available in every hostel. In nonveg students get Chicken, Egg Curry and Fish and in veg its mostly Paneer, Rajma or Soyabean. The mess menu gets changed every month. At the end of every month, hostel gives Mess Endings which means good and delicious food. The menu of food completely depends upon Hostel to Hostel so there isn't any common menu, but the food generally consists of seasonal vegetables dal and rice in afternoon and in dinner veg and non veg are served. Also most people eat here rice so the students from other states who eat roti have to pay a minimum extra amount for that.
