According to my information no you have miss your chance for this year but there is one possiblity of Management quota seat for that you need to give donation money and has to talk with college personally.

I have 47% in chemistry, 56% in maths & theory, 13 practical 23 in physics. My percentage was 56%.

As per the Tezpur University prospectus-2019. The eligibility criteria for integrated dual B.Sc and M.Sc in Chemistry is as under. Eligibility criteria: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at 10+2 examination with minimum pass marks in individual subjects and pass mark

Yes, you can get admission in M.tech food technology but you have to score well in your academic.
