Which camps is better among NIT – Hamirpur, NIT - Silchar and NIT- Srinagar? I have scored 21600 rank in JEE mains.

Yes you can get NIT Hamirpur. You might not get CSE but you can get Electrical, Chemical and Civil here. The cut-offs for those were in between 16000 to 24000 category rank for other state. If your AIR is 21600 then your category rank should be around 16000. Also, yes NIT Hamirpur is better than NIT
