•  Students must complete their BE/ BTech or an equivalent degree with at least an aggregate of 50% and 45% for SC & ST students (only for Karnataka students)
• They need to qualify for PGCET/ GATE. 
• Fill out application form, upload necessary documents and complete payment.
• Participate in couselling 
• If you secure a seat, you will be asked for document verification.

The list of the documents to be submitted at the time of the application process,  and to carry some of the documents at the time of registration/ reporting to college for admission to the M.Tech course are: 

• PGCET rank sheet or GATE scorecard
• 10th, 12th and graduation certificates/marksheets
• Transfer and Migration Certificates for students from outside Maharashtra state
• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Passport-size photographs and stamp-size photograph.
