Good teaching, placements and infrastructure.

Placements: Many students got placed in companies like HP, Infosys, and Wipro. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. One student of IBM got placed with a salary package of 9 LPA. They give training from the 4th sem of solving leet code problems, hacker rank, and from 6th sem, they provide aptitude training and soft skills. JP Morgan has come to provide internship opportunities to students in 2nd year on 4 grounds, one is a CGPA of 8.5 shortlisting, then another is a coding round then it is a hackathon and last there is an interview for selection.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi for day scholars or for hostellers. It's the worst college that tracks browsing history. There is no network in the library. Even for mobile phones internet, there are jammers and they have Sophus security for Wi-Fi for which we need to login to use. Even it is of the worst speed and most of the websites are blocked. We can't even open Figma community members.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and highly qualified. They explain every syntax of code and give project-based assessments for learning skills and grading assignments. Most difficult is 1st year, as the teachers are very strict, which makes it worse and rude.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in UI UX design. Improvement is needed in the lab manual easy and small optimal code. Wi-Fi Sophus should be removed as it has the worst Wi-Fi ever. The campus surrounding is filled with skilled students and faculty members. Extracurricular activities are conducted once a month. Seminars events and state scholarship support are provided to students.

The college is good but needs improvement.

Placements: Average placement. If you are hardworking, you might get selected, but otherwise, no chance on campus because fewer companies hire students. They won't provide internships. Amazon, PhonePe, Honeywell, Tata, Deloitte. Top ones. Other than that, many companies visit.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college and classrooms, labs are really good. Hostel rooms are available in 1, 2, or 3 sharing, but prefer 3 sharing as it costs way less than 1 and 2 sharing. Rooms are spacious with attached washrooms, mess food is average, and a gym is there.

Faculty: A few teachers are really good. They provide you with knowledge, notes as much as they can. Some are the worst. This year, it became an autonomous curriculum. It will be different. For VTU batches, previously, it was tough to handle. Mostly focusing on theory than practical knowledge.

Other: Hackathons are conducted, and an annual fest is there; it's really great. I am from the VTU batch. It's really tough to manage things. Hopefully, now being an autonomous institute, the schedule will be more flexible. They should hire more skilled and knowledgeable teachers.
