Yes, SRM Ramapuram trains students officially enrolled in the MBA programme. The university has established a Career Guidance Cell. This cell arranges various training programmes to equip students with employability skills.

These programmes help students gain effective communication skills, presentation skills, and more. Moreover, the university has also established an English Communications Skills Laboratory. The primary objective of the laboratory is to help students enhance four primary skills of English, Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

SRM Ramapuram follows a thorough screening process for admissions to its MBA programme. To begin, interested candidates must register and apply on the official website of the university.

After the application stage, the admission committee of the university shortlists students based on their academic profile, past work experience (if any), and entrance test scores. SRM Ramapuram MBA application fees can be paid in two modes. The first option is to pay online while filling out the application form. The second option is to pay offline by sending a Demand Draft to the university's admission office. The application fee in both cases is the same, i.e., INR 1,100.

Yes, MBA curriculum at SRM Ramapuram includes elective subjects. Third semester onwards, students get to choose various subjects that align best with their interests. In the third semester, eight electives are to be chosen by the studentsm from any two domains (four from each domain) from Finance, Marketing, Operation Management, Human Resource Management, etc. In the fourth semester, two electives are to be chosen by the students from any two domains (one from each domain).

SRM Ramapuram follows a rigorous selection process for the allocation of MBA seats. Students who satisfy the eligibility criteria are further screened based on their academic performance, entrance test scores, and work experience (if any). Further, these students are also required to participate in the GD round. Those who qualify the GD round are evaluated via a Personal Interview round. Finally, those who qualify the PI are allocated an MBA seat.

SRM Ramapuram accepts various national-level entrance tests, including TANCET 2025. This test is conducted by Anna University. However, the schedule for 2025 has not been released yet. However, based on the previous exam session, Anna University is expected to conduct the TANCET 2025 exam in the last week of March 2025.
