Candidates seeking admission to an MBA at IGNOU must hold a valid bachelor's degree passed with at least 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories). Earlier, admission was through an entrance test. Now, the university may select candidates on a merit-basis. 

Yes you can take the combination of geography and history in BA at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. Admission will be based on the CUET scores. For the combination, you should try connecting once with the institute regarding eligibilty and passing criteria. This is a good decision to pursue both subjects.
