DTU BBA Admission 2025
For BBA at DTU, candidates are required to apply via http://www.dtu.ac.in/. After registering and filling the online application, students are also required to pay the applicable application fee which is INR 1,000 (for General category students) and INR 500 (SC/ ST/ PwD).

- Mark sheet of Class 10 and Class 12
- Reserved category candidates must submit documents to verify their category (caste certificate approved) by the district authority

Admission to the BBA programme at DTU is subject to a merit list drawn on the basis of scores obtained by the students in best of four subjects of Class 12. Students, however, must have completed their Class 12 with 50% aggregate (with English as a subject) to be eligible for the course. Additionally, those appearing in the final exams of their Class 12 can also apply provided they can submit the proof of eligibility as per the date set by the university. Hence, yes, it is possible to get into DTU with 85% in Class 12 provided a student is shortlisted while creation of the merit list.

Life at DTU – East campus.
Placements: Around 180 students are there in my course. I don’t have a lot of idea about packages because I have just started with my college, but from what I have heard from my seniors, average packages go around 5–7 LPA. I am doing BBA, so roles offered are mostly like management roles.
Infrastructure: One thing I love about my college is the facilities provided, like labs, library, computers, etc. Infrastructure is also great. BBA is provided in the east campus of DTU, where there are no hostel facilities. Hostels are provided in the main campus of DTU, where everything is good.
Faculty: The faculty members of each course in Delhi Technological University are highly qualified; many are alumni of IIMs and IITs, which is very great. The course curriculum is relevant. All of my subjects in each semester are BBA-related subjects, which is good.

DTU USME is a financial dream.
Placements: About 70 percent receive placements. As far as I have heard, the highest placements are around 10 LPA. Top companies include Google and Microsoft. We receive multiple opportunities for internships albiet not awfully interesting. Top roles offered include but are not limited to social media management and Pr roles .
Infrastructure:
We have a functional canteen and it has coffee. A medical room, a basketball court, a volleyball court, badminton court. We do not have a hostel. We have multiple Wi-Fi connections and a well stocked library. Our classrooms have both ACs and heaters. We have clean washrooms.
Faculty:
Teachers are helpful. They are often professionals in their fields. Our curriculum is very vast and real life oriented. Exams are challenging but not unduly so. I truly believe they are as difficult as they ought to be. However, with exams, projects, presentations,and assignments, there is no room to breathe.
Other: I wish we have less focus on consistent attendance because, for one, I will show up better academically without it. We have a lot of extracurricular activities like Engifest.

Review of Delhi Technological University, East Delhi.
Placements: Around 70% of the students were placed. The highest package was around 8 LPA and the average was about 6 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA. Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and TCS are the top visiting companies. Many were offered consultant roles, HR roles, and some even cracked accountant roles, though rare, but it was possible.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi in our college is average, but the campus is horrible and horrendous. Just a 2-acre campus. Many schools are way bigger than this. There is no cafeteria, but a small Nescafe outlet is present. So for food, you have to manage. In terms of sports, a basketball court is present where people play volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are super helpful. They are professionals from their fields; some are IIT, IIM, and even UPSC qualified teachers. Course curriculum is industry relevant, and it makes them industry ready. About the difficulty, it is difficult if you want to ace the exam, but easy if you just want to pass.
Other: It is worth your money if you want to educate yourself and want to use the DTU brand name. But if you want a college campus life with lots of activities, sorry, this is not for you.

Really good faculty, but absolutely dissatisfied with the campus as it is too short.
Placements: About 20-30% of students get placements. I guess it's because most of the students run for their master's. The percentage of those opting for a job after graduation is lower. After this, the students who are excellent in studies and have amazing skills get the opportunity first.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi doesn't work that much, but classes have centralized AC. The library is very good and has all the books needed for the course I have opted for. The quality of the education and the facilities of the staff are very good. The food available in the canteen is very good, but there is not much variety. Sports are available in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and they are highly qualified. They also try to teach more than the syllabus. The quality of teaching is very good. The difficulty level is moderate and is attempted by all the students. The passing percentage is 40 percent of the total marks.
Other: For commerce background students who like to do more than one course together, this is the best course as it doesn't require much focus and concentration. If you give one hour daily, it's more than enough for this course.

USME-DTU is a good option with good exposure.
Placements: My college mostly offers placements in startups with an average package of 6-8 LPA. Most offered jobs are in data analytics. They conduct placement and internship fairs at the end of the year. The companies are really great, offering good exposure for interns as well.
Infrastructure: Good classrooms with AC and heaters, great library. It's a small campus, so no grounds, but we have a cricket net and volleyball court, and clean washrooms. They conduct their own events, DJ nights, and everything. There's also a canteen and a Nescafé, both on the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, the curriculum is good, they teach with PPTs, and they also provide notes and help anytime we need. The faculty is really great and supportive, and all the books are available in the library. Nice college.

Placements: Placements in this college are very good. Top companies make their offers to students. About 60-70 percent of students get placed every year by top companies. The highest package offered ranges from 12-15 LPA. The average package offered ranges from 6-7 LPA. Overall, it is very good.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well structured. It provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. It also provides air conditioning and theater facilities in all rooms. Benches are also in good condition. The canteen of this campus is also great and provides food to students.
Faculty: The exam pattern or system is very well maintained. Teachers are qualified and share knowledge with students. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for the industry. The difficulty level of exams is neither too hard nor too easy. They are of a moderate level.
Other: I chose this course because it builds confidence in students and focuses on personality building, management skills, decision-making, and leadership skills.

IP University is one of the decent options for BBA provided the student is pursuing it from one of the top colleges under GGSIPU (or IP University). Delhi Technological University DTU has received 30th position under the engineering category & 62nd under the Overall category by NIRF 2025. Colleges like IIT Ropar stands below this university. Hence, DTU is better than many new IITs but still stands below the top IITs such as IIT Delhi, IIT Madras
