I would definitely say Pearl Academy. It is an established college and has a reputation in the industry. Thus it helps one to gain experience and knowledge on a wider platform. Above all it offers various opportunities and international exposure. You just need to have a Bachelor's degree to pursue PG from pearl academy.

Paper is of course easier than CBSE. I don't know whether you can cheat or not, depends on examiner. I don't think it is stricter than CBSE.
