Yes, the eligibility criteria for appearing in XAT exam is to hold a Bachelor's degree or in the final year of it. The 12th percentage is not a bar for admission.

A graduate or final year student can fill the application form from the website once they are out for the registration. After that you have to appear for XAT exam. If the cut-off matches your score sub-standard then you can go for interview round and get selected for the admission. The session for 2023 June has already completed.

Yes, admission cut-offs for various Post Graduation Diplomas in Management courses at Xavier School of Management are different. The Xavier Aptitude Test cut-offs vary for male, female, engineering, and non-engineering candidates as well. Last year, the Xavier Aptitude Test cut-off for the male category was 93 percentile while for the female category, it was 90 percentile. For general category, the rank should be below 12000 (Home state)
For OBC category, your category rank should be under 4000 (Home state)
Note that if your category rank is 4000, you would not get it in the first round of counselling, you will have to wait for further subsequent rounds. Best of Luck.

Firstly I would say don't go for ECE branch until you are keenly interested into electronics core subjects, because in my personal experience I have seen 90% electronics graduate settling down in IT industry (may be in India core electronics job are less), so if ultimately you have to be in IT industry go for CSE.
