BMS College of Engineering is a reputed college which is accredited by the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Counci) with an 'A++' Grade and NBA (National Board of Accreditation). BMS College of Engineering is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and UGC (University Grants Commission). To get admission to UGC and AICTE approved courses, candidates must have valid score in entrance exams.

No, admissions at NIT Surathkal are only through national-level entrance exams, such as JEE Mains, GATE, CAT etc. Apart from this, students need to meet the last educational qualification s per course requirement.
