Yes, it does accept NIOS, you will have to get an equivalent letter or approval from the state board or something, like eligibility or NOC certificate.

MCC doesn't offer mass communication at Bachelors level. While, yes BA journalism is on offer and it is quite good and I can tell this for surety that you won't find a better one in Chennai to do your bachelors in journalism. Well, as far as placements specific to this course is concern it isn't quite what one would expect.
