Hi Kruthika, as per the government norms and AICTE regulations you cannot pursue technical degrees via distance learning mode. You need to attend the regular classes to get a full-time course certificate. There is nothing like a part-time course. So try to attend full-time course to get all the benefits. Also M.S Ramaiya doesn't provide a part-time or distance learning programme for M.Tech courses.

No that's not possible , you can get into the second year directly through the lateral entry scheme but not in the final year.
