Initially, one obtains a student pilot license (SPL) from a government sponsored flying club in the country. The minimum eligibility sponsored for the SPL is matriculation examination and age should be above 16 years. An oral examination has to be taken in subjects related to aviation. Yes, but sometimes it depends on the institute you want to join, but most of the institute gives you the admission in second year after diploma before applying just have look about that .

Eligibility for this course is to pass both class 10th and class 12th with the set criteria of percentage, so you can apply for this course after class 10th.
