Talking about the courses, the core courses of a B-School are Marketing, Finance and HR. Other than these, there are lots of specializations like Operations, Rural Management, Sustainability Management, etc. And talking about the subjects, it actually varies. But the main subjects will remain the same with extra subjects depending on your specialisation.

I don't think any college in India offers that perk. You can try places that don't dally with their course though.

As far as I know, PES does not offer admission without the entrance exam. You can contact the college authorities for further details. Also, visit the college website:

Doon Business School would be my choice for MBA if I had to choose between RV and DBS.
The faculty is great, so is the environment.

No problem if you are from Nepal, just go for the entrance examination and try to score more to prove your capability as you don't have the domicile, and hence you need to score as much as possible so that you could get a good rank.
All the best.

Your academics scores are decent.
All the IIM A and B have a different CAT cut-off.
Like IIM-A's minimum 80%ile and the sectional cut-off is also given weightage along with class 10th, 12th and graduation marks, and work exp. Similarly, in IIM-Bangalore and Calcutta, the minimum is 90%ile and other factors matter too.
