The Mumbai University's Academy of Theatre Arts is one of the government colleges in Mumbai that offers acting classes. Other performing arts disciplines are also available. The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), a reputable public institution that provides acting classes, is another well-known establishment. It is not a government college. Furthermore, acting classes and seminars are offered by the National School of Drama (NSD) Extension Centres in Mumbai. For budding actors looking for affordable educational options, these institutes provide a solid foundation.
