I think hearing impairment can not be a barrier in fashion designing courses. Moreover you can make your weakness as your strength. Because you have not write about the college name, so I can not write more about this. However top design institutes like NIFTs and NID provides 5% reservation to Person with Disability (PWD) category candidates. Hence you can also avail this benefit after obtaining the PWD category certificate. Your disability will be judge during the counselling and will be benefited if meeting the disability criteria.

Dear student, yes they can appear for these exams. The only thing is that the particular Student must be from UGC approved or AICTE approved colleges and universities.

The one year integrated LL. M. is less time consuming, one saves an academic year against a 2 year LL. M. The one year is at par with the 2 year course in terms of value and is very much recognized by UGC. On the contrary, if one wishes to gain deeper insight and knowledge and prepare well for Dissertation, I will advise 2 year LL. M. as there shall be ample time and scope to focus on research and your readings, if you are looking for job prospective or career growth point of view one year LL. M. is advisable.
