As you belong to ST category, you may have fair chance in getting CSE branch at MIT Pune (WPU). Basic eligibility for taking admission is 50 percent marks in class 12th board PCM.

It is INR. 2, 90,000 for 2019. College offers scholarship for those who have 90 or above percentile in MHT CET and her Mains. College full scholarship for students having 99 percentile in MHT CET and her Mains.

Yes, through management quota you can apply for B. Pharamcy degree at MIT Pune. Through normal means you should at least attempted MHT CET with PCB and 50 percent marks in PCB of class 12th board as it is eligibility to take admission at MIT Pune (WPU).
