Most of the students graduating from this college opt for higher studies. Most of them prefer doing their ms from abroad universities, so you can say that MITWPU has a large alumni network who have done PG abroad. This university is recognized by UGC as well as AICTE so it is safe to say you will not have difficulties regarding college status when applying for universities for PG. Research scenario is quite moderate and you can check further details on their website.

Yes, you can apply for direct second-year admission based on your Diploma marks. However, seats for robotics and automation are limited to 60 seats so it's quite difficult to get one through Diploma. Still, consult the college authorities regarding any difficulty in the admission procedure.

Yes you can study abroad after finishing your diploma. You can try for TU Berlin, however the screening process is quite complex at this university. You can also try for TU Frankfurt or Hamburg. If you don't qualify for their parameters they have refresher program where they allow you to take basic and intermediate technical education at community schools or colleges after which you can reapply for the universities.I suggest you to prepare for German language proficiency if you're looking for these colleges as well as take an SAT test or equivalent exam, A good SOP and recommendation letter from your professor.

You may get admitted to other branches based on your CET rank and category. It's difficult for you to get admission for computer science in COEP as the cut-off generally exceeds 95 percentile.

Its obvious core has better placements for C's than MIT wpu. Although MIT wpu claims to have an average B.Tech placement of 6.5lac/annum, the figures are debatable. Coep has an average placement of 4 Lac per annum. MIT wpu has the highest package of 24lac per annum for the year 2018, whereas for coep their highest package is greater than 30lac or 40lac per annum.

Well, with the above-mentioned marks, you cannot get a government college because in any government college there has a criteria of 60% at least in your board exam.
You can go for a private college.
