B.Tech and B.Sc both fields are good in their own way. It depends that in which field you are interested in. I would suggest you to go with B.Sc in perfusion technology, if you have interest in the equipment.
The Perfusionist is in charge of operating these machines with the heart-lung machine being the most commonly used one. The machine basically takes the blood and oxygenates it while the heart remains dormant during the surgery.

Yes, it is compulsory to talk in English at the time of GD/PI. And worry much, it is easy to crack it. And, yes you can use mixed language as well, if the condition permits. I am currently studying in BIMM, and we also had the same rounds of GD/PI/essay writing, when we were on your same place of giving its process for entrance. There are colleges under Sri Balaji Society, amongst which BIMM is the oldest and it's the flagship brand as well. So, I would suggest you to definitely fill its form n try to crack the interview. And every year about 7000 to 8000 applications are invited in Balaji Society each year for interview in total and around 1000 being selected. 300 goes to BIMM and rest to other 3 institute under Sri Balaji Society. The process is they need to have 50% above in graduation and class 10th and class 12th and also more Weightage is given to how you perform on GD/PI/essay writing.
