Your stream should be decided by your interest.
In terms of college, PICT is better.
In terms of job opportunities (in India), CS is better.

You scored good in MHT-CET and as per your saying that you are in OBC category and as per previous year cut-off and in our college, there is another shift for mechanical engineering. So, I think, you must try. You might get selected.

In terms of placement, IIIT Hyderabad is the best among all. It is even better than many IITs in terms of CSE branch and also according to the placement.
