Yes, he can get the college without any problem but I'll prefer you to opt for the colleges located in Mumbai or Delhi as there is a great scope as well as reach for this stream.

Hello Priya,Frankly I have not understood your query. But to still clarify, one can not take admission to two courses at the same time in college. This is so since you can not attend two different classes at same time. But what you can do is to take admission for BA in a regular college and pursue your passion for music privately. Visharad that you can obtain, is considered as equivalent to graduation.
