I won't recommend Durgadevi Saraf,
Indira has higher fee, though the placement is average ROI is very low for Indira.
Try for Met MMS, Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute, SIES, Lala, etc.

For that you need to apply for Lateral's entry and there's an exam and interview for that also. If you get through it then surely you can go for it.

Among the three colleges you have mentioned that is NIFT, MAEER and MIT Institute of Design, according to my research and own experience, NIFT, Delhi is best to pursue fashion designing. NIFT provides Bachelor of Design degree in fashion designing after a 4 year course.
