I am not sure about College of Engineering Pune. I don't know whether it provides lateral entry or not but Delhi Technical University provides lateral entry every year. For more information, please go through:

I understand and appreciate your interest in pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialisation in marketing and finance from Balaji Society. As far as the feedback regarding the college is concerned, it is the current and passed out students of the college who will be able to provide the best opinion. Therefore, I would request you to kindly refer to the link below for reviews provided by the college alumni:

Admissions to all engineering colleges in Maharashtra are based on marks obtained in MHT CET. Hence, to get admission in this college, you too will have to appear for this entrance exam.

You can appear for the CDS exam to join the Army.
The CDS exam is conducted by the UPSC board twice in a year.
You can also join air force or navy by appearing for PABT, AFCAT and UES exams.
Thanks.

First of all, Sai Balaji doesn't offer MBA as it has PGDM. So, the suggestion is to not go for PGDM as it's not that much valuable as compared to MBA unless pursued from top colleges.
Talking about placements of Balaji, placements are decent.
All the best.

The admissions earlier were not based exclusively on entrance exam but combination of this and marks of 12th. Hence trying to compare with this year is futile since now it's based only on MHTCET.
After the exam is over, some sites will come up with college predictor. That will tell you about possibility of admission in MIT.
