The ratio always varies and general trend is of 60:40 ratio with 60% for experienced candidates and others being fresher or less than 1 year of work experience.

You can go ahead with MITSOM as it is a better choice at this score. Overall decent average salaries offered in range of Rs.4 LPA to Rs.5 LPA and good placements for top 60% students. So, you need to be amongst bright candidates.
