LPU's Mechanical Engineering placements are genuinely solid, with core companies like Tata Motors, Bosch, Mahindra, and L&T regularly visiting the campus alongside IT giants like Infosys and TCS, giving students the best of both worlds. With 2,225+ companies participating in 2025 placements and a dedicated placement cell that preps students through mock interviews and training sessions, LPU makes sure you're industry-ready.

LPU's B.Pharma programme has a pretty strong placement record around 90% of the 2024 batch got placed, which is genuinely impressive for a pharmacy program. The highest package offered stood at INR 8.4 LPA, with 150+ dream offers coming in from over 40 recruiters. Top companies like Dr. Reddy's and Sun Pharma are regular visitors to campus, and the roles range from medical writing to clinical research.

If it's about exposure, infrastructure, industry ties, placement then CSE has tons of merits while at the Lovely Professional University in UP. LPU has a large-scale technology ecosystem that has equipped its lab for facilities, specialised tracks of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, and Full-Stack Development among others. The course content is continually reviewed to meet industry needs and new technologies.

The huge placement network is one of the UPU's the greatest assets. There are opportunities for students to participate in recruitment programmes of various national and international companie

Placements for B.Tech Automobile Engineering at LPU are usually quite good, especially for students who build solid technical, and also software abilities along with their main engineering know how. LPU gives exposure in a sort of hand on way, through industry projects internships, workshops and even some involvement in automotive, plus EV related events. Recruitment happens from more than just automobile and manufacturing firms, students can also be picked up by engineering services groups, design oriented companies, and technology focused organizations.

Now yes, across India, core automobile placements are competitive, but LPU benefi

Both universities have good MBA programs, but for students looking for an industry focused curriculum, practical exposure, and strong placement opportunities, LPU is often considered a better choice. The programme includes industry interactions, skill based learning, internships, and career support that help students become job ready. The final decision should depend on career goals, specialisation preference, and learning style, but LPU offers a balanced mix of academics and career development.

BA LLB at LPU offers a good scope for students interested in law, governance, and legal careers. The programme combines legal studies with social sciences, helping students build analytical, communication, and problem solving skills. Its industry oriented curriculum, practical exposure through moot courts and internships, and career support can help graduates explore opportunities in litigation, corporate law, legal consulting, judiciary preparation, and higher studies.

There isn't one magic book for LEET that guarantees admission to universities like DTU or Thapar. I've seen most students do well by first covering their Diploma basics properly and then practicing previous year papers as much as possible.

For Mathematics, books like R.S. Aggarwal are quite common, and for technical subjects, your Diploma textbooks are usually more important than collecting too many reference books.

The main thing is regular practice and understanding concepts instead of jumping between different books. Previous papers and mock tests probably help more than buying another guide.

As per my knowledge, among LPU, Poornima University, and Amity University Noida, the overall best option for engineering (especially CSE) is usually considered Amity University Noida or LPU, while Poornima University is a tier below them.

Amity University Noida is located in the Delhi-NCR region, so it gets better industry exposure and more company visits. It also has a stronger national reputation compared to Poornima, and placements are relatively more stable for IT and management roles.

LPU is also a strong private university with a very large campus, modern facilities, and a high number of recruiters. It gives a lot of opportunities,

LPU has managed to build a good reputation over the years and there are a few genuine reasons for that. First off, their placements are really solid — companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft and even international firms come for campus recruitment which is a big deal. The infrastructure is great for a private university. The LPUNEST scholarship programme also makes it affordable for deserving students which I think is underrated. Internationally they have tie-ups with foreign universities so students get exposure beyond just India. NBA and NAAC accreditation also adds credibility, plus they rank consistently in NIRF rankings which i
