You can apply to LPU directly from outside Delhi; your IPU CET rank is not needed for LPU because LPU admits mainly through its own admission route, LPUNEST, or accepted national exams depending on the course. The safest next step is to choose your programme on LPU's admission portal and apply there, since outside-Delhi status is relevant for IPU colleges, not for LPU.

Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice.

Applicants usually go through a simplified process that includes the LPUNEST admission exam, which assesses creative aptitude, in order to enroll in Lovely Professional University's B.Des in Film & Video Design. A merit-based selection process that emphasizes artistic potential benefits successful applicants and guarantees a smooth transition into LPU's top-notch film infrastructure.
