Yes, LPU is considered quite good for B.Pharm placements, especially if you're active in internships and practical training. Many students get opportunities in pharma companies, hospitals, research labs, and roles like production, medical coding, and marketing. The placement support team also helps with interviews and skill-building, so students who put in the effort usually manage to secure decent roles and career growth.

  • Thapar: Avg package ~ ₹10.15 LPA for mech.

  • Amrita Coimbatore: More varied placements, average BTech package is ~₹9.08 LPA.

Which to pick?

  • Pick Thapar if you want stronger core engineering exposure + good campus reputation.

  • Pick Amrita if you want a balance of good placements + a possibly lower course cost + slightly broader peer network.
