If you're considering LPU for CSE, I wouldn't make the decision based only on rumours. LPU has a large campus, good industry exposure and multiple CSE specialisations such as AI & ML, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing and Data Science. Its placement opportunities are also a positive point. If the course, fees and campus environment suit you, LPU can definitely be considered as an option for CSE. Ultimately, your skills, projects and consistency will also play a major role in placements.

If I had to choose between SRM and LPU, I would lean towards LPU for the overall experience. LPU offers a wide range of courses, good industry exposure, practical learning, a diverse student community and plenty of opportunities beyond academics. The campus life and career-focused approach are also major advantages. Overall, if you want a balance of academics, exposure, campus life and career opportunities, LPU is worth considering.

For applying through 12th board marks the process is quite simple. First choose the programme and check its eligibility based on your subjects and marks. Then fill in the application form enter the board details and upload the required documents. Honestly, all of these have their own strengths, so I wouldn't pick one blindly without looking at the course. If I had to point out one thing that makes LPU interesting right now, is it's growing focus on AI and future-ready skills. AI is becoming part of almost every field-engineering, business, design, healthcare, finance, etc., so having exposure to AI tools and applications alongside your main degree can be pretty useful. LPU has been pushing AI-focused learning and specialisations, which fits with where the job market is heading. If you're confused between LPU, Amity, Chandigarh University or colleges in MP, I'd suggest comparing the actual CSE curriculum, fees, placements, campus exposure and internship opportunities rather than just the college name. LPU can be a good option if you want a large campus, multiple CSE specialisations, practical learning and exposure to students from different parts of India.
