No, you cannot migrate to Army Institute of Law. They do not accept Lateral entry.
Admission in B.A. LL.B. is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Entrance test conducted by the Army Welfare Education Society.

MBA is a prestigious degree but all waste of time and money if not done from right place. So if I talk about a better curriculum, opportunities, exposure and also placements of course, LMTSM is better option. Salary package offered to the students during the campus placement by recruiters is also good enough and if you're an extraordinary student may possible you get more better opportunity and support by the management. In my opinion you should apply for LMTSM.

GNDU is better college. So, if your college is affiliated to it then no problem. Or affiliation mostly does not matter, studies matter.

% is actually low to get an admission in a good MBA college. Minimum % required to get a good MBA college is 55%.

The fees is INR 24,000 and once you join the classes you would get to know about the assignment and exam pattern.
