Haridwar University Roorkee has an anti ragging cell. The ragging cell is responsible from preventing ragging, monitoring activities and addressing complaints through various means by filling a form copmplaint to the commity. 

Haridwar University Roorkee is a private university. The university is approved by the Government of Uttarakhand, PCI, AIU, ASSOCHAM and INC. Haridwar University is recognised by the UCG and AICTE.

The total first year fees for MBA at Haridwar University is INR 1.77 lakh. Aspirants need to pay INR 1.60 Lacs in the second year. A tuition fees of INR 62,000 is also applicable. Aspirants need to pay admission fees after selection for confirming the seat.

Haridwar University applications are open for all courses. The university has not released the schedule. Aspirants must apply fast to avoid missing out the chance. Candidates can fill out the form online or offline in the campus.

Haridwar University accepts entrance exam scores for admission to most of the courses. Aspirants have to apply online or offline for the preferred course with any of the accepted entrance exam scores. Candidates can also appear for HUAET conducted by the university. Once selected, aspirants need to pay the course fees to confirm their seat.

Candidates must pass BCA or equivalent bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ IT from a recognised university. Aspirants who have passed bachelor's degree with Mathematics/ Statistics as one subject or 4 year BTech in Computer Science/ IT can apply for MCA at Haridwar University.

The minimum aggregate required is 50% and 45% for reserved category (SC/ ST) candidates in bachelor's degree and minimum 40% in Computer Science subjects. 

Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Gharwal University appears to be the more affordable option for an MBA compared to Haridwar University. While Haridwar University MBA fees can range from INR 1.49 Lakh to 2.49 Lakh annually, MAHGU MBA fee is significantly lower as reported to be INR 60000 to 70000 for the entire 2 year duration.
