Candidates are eligible for admission to the BCom programme at Hindustan College of Arts and Science, if they must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board. The admission process is based on merit, and the college offers BCom programme in five specialisations. Candidates who have completed the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE) from New Delhi, private candidates under the Open Schooling System, or those who have passed Higher Secondary or Equivalent Examinations conducted by other state boards are also eligible to apply.

SASTRa is better in terms of education than Jain University, which is considered better for faculty and placement. MGMIHS BSc course admissions are both merit and entrance-based. Candidates seeking admission to the BSc Nursing course must appear for the Common Entrance Test conducted by the MGM Institute of Health Sciences. However, admission to all the other BSc specialisations is entirely based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying examinations.

The total intake of students in B.Tech Civil Engineering at PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research is 300. Last year, 287 students were admitted to the programme with 113 being females.
