The TNEA counseling is conducted by the Anna University. It is conducted for all colleges in Tamil Nadu, not only for CAVS Engineering College. The result date for the is usually decided from the TNEA schedule released officially by the Tamil Nadu Government. Generally, results are announced 2-3 months after the process has been started. For example, the process was started on 6th May 2024 and the results were announced on 13th August 2024. In 2025, the process was started on 7th May and the results are expected to be released by 1st week of July.

Yes, AVS Engineering Collegee have good and experienced faculty. They hold the prestigious degree like PhD. and MTech. All are quiet familiar with the student be it in academic journey or at the time of placement. Good supportive with better experience. Comfortable in any language which is acceptable in college. The way of teaching is so nice except few. Rest can be assured by contacting alumni of the college.

It depends on the course in which the student is interested. AVS Engineering College offers only BTech, MTech, and MBA. Admission to the BTech, and MBA courses at the college can be considered difficult as it is done based on the scores obtained in the TNEA counseling, and TANCET exams respectively. Admission to the MTech courses can be considered less difficult as it is done based on the scores obtained in the previous qualification.

To be eligible for admission to BE/BTech course at AVS Engineering College, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics as a compulsory subject from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for the TNEA counseling and secure valid marks to be eligible for the course. Direct admission may also be possible for admission under the management quota and lateral entry admission.
