Yes, candidates can apply for VIT Vellore BTech admissions before receiving their Class 12 board exam result. Applications for VITEEE open for Class 12 board exams are started for an academic year. If during counselling rounds a candidate does not have their Class 12 board exam, they will be granted provisional admission, if they are selected.

Following documents will be required for completion of VIT Vellore BTech admissions:

  • Class 10th and Class 12th passing certificate and marksheet
  • ID and address proof
  • Allottment letter
  • Transfer certificate

Yes, BTech students who choose to cancel their admission at VIT Vellore will be refunded their course fees. These refunds are offered on UGC norm basis where candidates are offered a percentage of fees paid. 

This percentage is based on how early a candidate has cancelled their admission.

VIT Vellore charges different amounts of course fees for BSc (hons) in Agriculture course. Candidates are divided into three categories with each having a separate fees. Course fees for this specialisation ranges between INR 4.45 Lacs - INR 9.05 lakh.

VIT Vellore BSc admission result declaration date has not been announced yet.

However, candidates can expect results to be revealed within second week of June, after BTech admission results have been declared. Candidates are advised to continue loggin onto counselling portal for any updates.

No, BSc admission is not open at VIT Vellore for academic year 2026. Candidates were required to complete their application forms by last date of May for BSc admissions. Candidates who have applied will receive their results by second week of June.
