From the perspective of the J&K Board, if you qualify the other eligibility requirements, you may apply for admission in TANUVAS (Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University). BVSc will be primarily offered to students from Tamil Nadu; however, candidates from outside Tamil Nadu may be provided opportunities to apply in case of the availability of seats after local admissions. Each candidate should qualify the TANUVAS entrance exam, and the candidates will be admitted based on a merit list. The admission in SASTRA University is based upon two streams: Stream 1: 75% marks of class 12 boards and 25% marks of JEE Mains is considered for ranking. 70% of the seats get filled with this stream. As your percentile I'm JEE Mains is less, your rank will get increased. Must have passed 12th from recognised State Board / Central Board or any other Board accepted by SASTRA as equivalent to 10+2, with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in all subjects.

Usually the cut off for great lakes Chennai is above 85 and the final selection is done at 90 cat score but you can be hopeful of expecting a call if the cut of drops this year.
You should also appear for other similar exams for having better opportunity of getting a college.

The Admission process is allowed both way Merit-Based & Entrance-Based.
there is online application for that even you can apply offline for that, By visiting the padur, Kelambakkam campus or Thiruvanmiyur Admission office for offline admissions.
The eligiblity for the MSW course is graduation with 50% marks.
