It may be said that the Apex Institute of Multimedia's Bachelor of Science programme is relatively more expensive vis-a-vis the fees charged by several other educational institutions, though it is never out of line with the fees of other private colleges and universities offering courses like specialised multimedia, animation, and design.
The BSc tuition ranges for a given course and the duration of that course, and a moderate to slightly high tuition may be expected.

Apex Institute of Multimedia is one of the best among the repulsive educational institutions in Coimbatore for students looking up to pursuing careers in multimedia, animation, graphic designing, and the like. It boasts a lot of industry courses and practical training, and the crux question remains whether it is the "best" or not for one depending entirely on what he or she needs and comparisons with other institutes in the location.
Many universities have their own share of multimedia courses in Coimbatore; some would have things like faculties, infrastructure, placement cells, and connections with the industry.

However, having subjects in computer science, mathematics, or any other creative arts adds advantage for courses having animation, design, or multimedia production as the core.
Of course, this qualification may also be guided by the overall academic performance o

The Apex Institute of Multimedia maintains a general refund policy regarding the fees, although the conditions would depend greatly on the kind of circumstance and the program.
Most of the educational institution has refund policies which normally are guided through certain set conditions for example the time of cancellation or withdrawal.
For example, should you decide to withdraw within a time-frame upon admission into the course, there would probably be a partial refund. However, should it be later that you decide to withdraw during the course of the academic session, the refund would not be significant or entirely not applicable.

With regard to the criteria, the general requirement is that a candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognised board where he/she has a preference for science/arts/commerce subjects according to the specific programme applied for. Besides this, the institute may conduct personal interviews or counseling sessions.

Admission to Apex Institute of Multimedia is generally not considered difficult, as the institution mainly focuses on nurturing talent rather than having rigorous eligibility conditions.
The institution generally requires only that the student has completed at least 10+2 or any such equivalent qualification from any recognised board-anathema to the requirement, further accepted by many other advanced Diploma or degree programs.
An admission exercise is easy with an application, the necessary academic documents and sometimes personal interview or counseling. Entry at the institute is very much not by academic score as a student would have
