No, IBMR - Institute of Business Management & Research admissions are not merit-based. The institute considers valid scores of national or state-level entrance tests. For MBA admissions, MAT/ JEMAT/ CMAT is mandatory. For MHA and BBA admissions, WBMAT and MAKAUT CET exams are accepted respectively. Hence, admissions are entirely entrance-based.
