You can expect the first BSc merit list from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai around mid-June Second and third lists follow in case there are some vacant seats left. If you get listed, you have only 2-3 days for verification. Missing the deadline for BSc fee payment at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai will result in the immediate forfeiture of your seat.

No. The Tier 1 marks for the SSC CGL are not used in the preparation of the final merit list. The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature. Candidates are shortlisted for Tier 2 exam. However, the final selection and ranking is based on the marks obtained in the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam.

General Eligibility: To be eligible for a BTech course under the PSG College of Technology, a General Category candidate should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
Reserved Category Relaxation: Candidates from the BC, MBC, SC, or ST categories should have a minimum aggregate of 40% marks in PCM to be considered for BTech.
The "Cut-off": While these marks are a basic eligibility criterion to allow you to apply, admission to PSG College of Technology is highly merit-based. High marks are a necessity to be competitive with thousands of other applicants through the TNEA process.

Yes, non-native students can apply for BTech at PSG College of Technology, but some rules do apply. If you studied Class 8 -12 in Tamil Nadu, you are automatically eligible. If not, you must provide a Nativity Certificate or meet the criteria for children of Central or State Government employees serving in the state. Alternatively, a limited number of seats are available under the "Other State Quota" or through the management quota.
