The college offers two courses at UG and PG levels such as BTech and MTech. Candidates who have completed Class 12 are eligible to apply for BTech courses. Graduation is required to apply for the M.Tech courses. Additionally, candidates, need to appear for TNEA counselling for admission to BTech and CEETA-PG for admission to M.Tech courses.

No, Meenakshi Sundararajan Engineering College is not an autonomous college. This college is a private college and it is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, and offers courses under the Anna University affiliation.
It offers B.Tech in 7 specializations that cost around INR 2 Lakhs and M.Tech that costs around 50,000. The college accepts TNEA for B.Tech and GATE, CEETA for M.Tech.

Yes. Veltech High Tech was initially affiliated with the University of Madras. In 2001, the affiliation was shifted to Anna University. From 2008 onwards, it was recognized as a deemed-to-be university. However, Veltech High Tech is still affiliated with Anna University.
