Hi Sagar Patel, there is no specific answer to this. Stanford is world's most toughest universities to get into. You must be something unique and extraordinary to be selected by them. To apply to MBA programs, you must complete your Bachelor degree and have significant work experience, have a very high GMAT score and in addition to these, you must have extra curricular activities which must be something unique. I would advice you to go to their website and check the student profile and prepare accordingly.

Your class 10 marks should not be an issue when applying to Stanford for B.Sc. The SAT with essay or the ACT with writing is required for all undergraduate applicants. The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), although not required, is strongly recommended for non-native speakers of English.
You may submit your IELTS scores, but note that Stanford does not recognize the IELTS as a measure of English proficiency.

GRE and IELTS serve different purposes. IELTS (and TOEFL) is required to demonstrate English proficiency. GRE is a standardized test which is required if you are applying for admission to reputable universities like USC. So, you need to take GRE and anyone of TOEFL and IELTS.
