If you are only concerned about placement then go for IIT mandi CS, but if you are interested in other things and your overall development because at last money is not what you want, go for Physics, IIT delhi or Mech, IIT roorkee.

Placements are not that good but they are quite better than other state government engineering colleges.
Companies like BEL, RVNL, ADOBE, TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO visit the college to recruit the students.
The Highest package offered was about 8.13 lakhs per annum.

Graphic Era University is far better than hill university in every terms and suspects.

First of all congratulations! I will recommend you to go with CSE from IIT Mandi, but in that case only if you have a keen interest in computer science and engineering. Both colleges have good infrastructure, faculties and campuses. Visit their official websites and check last few year placements.
