Maybe not. Because your marks will not satisfy the eligibility criteria. (60% in PCM). But you can get SRM Sonepat or NCR. (They require 55%), SRM University kattankulathur eligibility criteria has been changed for academic year 2022–23. As they were considered last minimum 55% in pcm but this year it is changed to so you must have to score minimum 60% in PCM. You can go to different colleges.

26k is not a good rank to get top branches in COMEDK and branches like cse. You can get below average colleges like

Yes, for admission to BE courses at RNS Institute of Technology, Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) Seat Allotment Results are accepted. According to the RNS Institute of Technology cutoff for Round 1 in 2023, the closing ranks for B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering was 7554 for the OBC Category for All India candidates. Also, the institute offers admission through Home State Quota, where the closing rank for R1 seat allotment was 7760.

The IPUCET closing rank for AKTU BTech CSE course for last three years shows an increasing trend with the highest cutoff in 2023. In 2023, the cutoff was only 341 which is a competitive rank.
