Yes, Texas Tech is a solid choice to pursue a MS in CS programme in USA. The university offers a 31-credit hour program with strong post study employment outcomes at companies like Amazon, Meta, Google, and Microsoft.
The programme also opens the door to a 24 month STEM OPT Extension in the US, down the line. It can be completed for USD 17,649 (INR 16.8 Lakhs) per year, a much lower tuition rate compared to top universities in the US.

From a student's point of view, there isn't any fixed cutoff for B.Tech CSE at LPU like you see in IITs or NITs. What I've seen is that even average scorers can get CSE if they meet eligibility and perform decently in the entrance test. Also, cutoffs are not fixed and can vary each year depending on competition. So over

Yes, with 67.2% in 12th CBSE, you can still get a seat in B.Tech CSE at Lovely Professional University. LPU has flexible eligibility criteria, and students with 60% or above are generally eligible to apply for engineering programs.
If your percentage is below the direct admission cutoff for higher benefits, you can appear for LPUNEST, which helps in both admission confirmation and scholarship opportunities.
LPU gives fair chances to students through multiple pathways, so even average scores do not limit your opportunities.
The university also focuses on skill development, practical learning, and industry exposure, which helps students bui
