RVCE remains the top choice for placements, but PES University (Ring Road Campus) has overtaken MSRIT and BMSCE in recent years specifically for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) packages and tech hiring. Don't just go by name, check recent placement data too.

Choosing college depends on which branch you are more interested in.

Both the colleges are well-reputed, I am sharing more details below based on which you can choose:

 MITSAcropolis Indore
It is an autonomous / govt-aided setup with higher brand recognition across MP. It is a reputed private institution affiliated with RGPV, located in Indore.
College has better institutional peer group, stronger alumni network and overall university reputation.College has direct access to the CSE curriculum, active placement drives focused heavily on IT/software roles
CONS: Electrical-related branches involve a tougher academic syllabus and fewer dedicated software placement opportunities on campus compared to core CSE.CONS: College has strict attendance rules.

Yes, I'd say Galgotias University is worth considering for B.Tech/CSE. It offers good campus facilities, practical exposure, different CSE specialisations and placement opportunities. But your own coding skills, projects and internships will still play a major role in getting good outcomes.

For CSE, placement opportunities at LPU are fairly strong, especially for students who build good coding and problem-solving skills alongside their degree. The curriculum includes practical learning, industry-oriented projects, certifications and placement preparation, which can help during recruitment. Recent official placement data also shows CSE students getting offers from companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, CRED and JPMorgan Chase. The actual package still depends on skills, projects, internships and interview performance, so consistent preparation matters a lot.

CSE is a practical choice if the interest is in software, AI, data or other technology careers. The curriculum includes core subjects along with industry projects, certifications, hackathons and placement-focused pathways. Placement opportunities are fairly broad, but the final outcome depends a lot on coding skills, projects, internships and interview preparation. LPU's 2025 CSE placement report also shows recruitment across different CSE specialisations and industry-oriented programmes.
